Smartphone Fix Bendigo is not liable for any unavoidable physical damage, or loss of data to devices during repairs. We recommend customers backup data regularly. All repairs come with a 90 day warranty on parts and labour. Accidental damage is not covered.
If your device has a fault during the warranty period, please return the device for assessment as soon as possible. If the issue is related to the initial repairs, we will rectify the problem at no cost to the customer.
To cover the cost of our time when attempting to repair your device, Smartphone Fix Bendigo has a $40 diagnostic fee, which may be charged. Any device not collected after 30 days, will be retained by Smartphone Fix Bendigo to reimburse the cost of repairs/service of the device. We will attempt to make contact twice during this period via supplied phone number(s) or email.
